El Samawal A.Hadi Idris
Mr. Samawal is a commercial lawyer, has obtained
his LL.B (Honos) and LL.M from the University of
Khartoum in 2000 and 2004 respectively. He was
admitted to the Bar in 2002 and has worked in
Sudan and Saudi Arabia prior to joining El Karib
& Medani in March 2007. Mr. Idris was nominated
as the Sudan's Candidate for the International
Lawyers For Africa (ILFA) Propgramme 2008 and
has spent three months of secondment with SJ
Berwin LLP's London Office as part of the
programme. His practice involves advising
clients on Banking and Finance (Islamic),
Corporate, Construction, Litigation and
Commercial laws in general.

Sami Elzubair Dakeen
is an Associate of El Karib & Medani. He
obtained his LL.B (Hons) from the University of
Khartoum in June 2001, and complete Part One of
LL.M. Mr. Dakeen has been admitted to the Bar in
2004 and has worked in the Ministry of Justice
as Legal Adviser for one year prior to joining
El Karib & Medani in June 2007. Mr. Dakeen's
practice focuses on Banking, Commercial laws and
litigation.

El Mugtaba A. Bannaga
Mr. Bannaga has obtained his LL.B (Hons) from
the University of Khartoum in 2006. He spent one
year, in fulfillment of the Pre-Qualification
requirements for admission to the Bar, with El
Karib & Medani. He continued to work with the
firm after qualification and admission to the
Bar in January 2009. Mr. Bannaga's practice
focuses on Employment, Corporate, Industrial,
Construction Laws and litigation.

Mohammed Salah Omer El Karib
Mohammed is an associate in the firm. He has
obtained his LL.B form the University of
Khartoum in 2000; he then moved to South Africa
and obtained a LL.M in Commercial Laws form the
University of Johannesburg in 2006, a
Post-graduate Diploma in Corporate Laws in 2007
and another post graduate diploma in Contracts
and interpretation of Contracts in 2007 as
well. His practice focuses on corporate,
commercial laws and litigation. |

Tasneem El Mutaned Billah A. Amin
Ms. Tasneem is a Trainee of El Karib & Medani.
She obtained her LL.B (Hons) form the University
of Khartoum in August 2007. She joined the firm
in fulfillment of the requirements of
pre-qualification training scheme. Ms. Amin has
joined various training programmes prior to
joining the firm in July 2009. Such programmes
include; the WIPO's General Session on
Intellectual Property Rights (distance
learning); a training programme with the
Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC)-Sudan; and with
the International Rescue Committee (IRC),
concerning the rights of the Internally
Displaced People (IDP).

Marwa Salah Bashir
Ms. Marwa is a Trainee of El Karib & Medani.
